The Royal Tapestry Factory offers visitors the opportunity to explore its historic tapestry and carpet workshops and witness first-hand the work of its master artisans. Access is available exclusively through guided tours and must be booked in advance. Tours are offered both in the morning and in the afternoon.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In addition, the Factory offers exclusive tours for small groups of up to six visitors, providing privileged access to areas of the building that are not normally open to the public.<\/p>\n

The Royal Tapestry Factory is registered in the Carbon Footprint, Carbon Offset and CO\u2082 Absorption Projects Register of the Spanish Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge. BOOKINGS<\/h2>

Visits to the workshops are always conducted as guided tours. They must be arranged in advance by sending an email to visitasmuseo@realfabricadetapices.com<\/a>, including the names, ID numbers and telephone numbers of all visitors.<\/p>

Upon receipt of the email, we will confirm the guided tour appointment, subject to availability.<\/p>
In order to guarantee the established visitor capacity for each tour, payment must be made by bank transfer.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Visitors to the Royal Tapestry Factory must comply with the following rules of conduct throughout their stay on the premises and follow the instructions given by our staff at all times.<\/p>\n

Prohibition of photography, filming and audio recording<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Unless expressly authorised in advance by the Royal Tapestry Factory, and in order to protect the image rights of employees and other visitors, as well as the confidentiality and intellectual and industrial property rights relating to production processes and their results, and to ensure the proper preservation of cultural assets, photography, video recording and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the Royal Tapestry Factory.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This includes any person; workshop, exhibition, production or storage areas; machinery; processes; products; and\/or any other elements within the premises.<\/p>\n

Appropriate clothing and footwear requirements<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

In compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and the obligation to ensure the safety of all visitors within an active industrial workplace, all visitors must wear suitable clothing and closed, sturdy footwear appropriate for a workshop environment, where machinery and tools are in operation.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In particular, garments and\/or footwear that may pose a risk to visitors\u2019 safety are not permitted, including flip-flops, unstable sandals, excessively high heels, or loose-fitting clothing that could become caught in machinery or equipment.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the immediate termination of the visit and, where appropriate, the adoption of any relevant legal measures.<\/p>\n

During the month of August, one guided tour in Spanish will be offered each day at 12:00. Please note that no guided tours will be available from 10 to 14 August (inclusive).<\/p>\n
